Who we are

PulseGuard is operated by Lorenzo Anelli (sole trader, Italy). Contact: support@usepulseguard.com.

What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in and alerts), the monitors you create (name, ping schedule, ping timestamps), and basic billing data handled entirely by Stripe (we never see your card details).

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting, database), Resend (sending emails), Stripe (payments). Each acts as a data processor under their own privacy policy and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses for EU data.

Why

Solely to run the service: authenticate you, run your monitors, alert you, and bill you if you're on a paid plan. No advertising, no data resale, no tracking beyond what's needed to operate the product.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — email us and we'll act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your monitors and ping history.

Retention

Ping history is kept for 50 events (free plan) or 1 year (Pro plan) per monitor, then automatically trimmed. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
